Greater Noida/Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) pavilion at the UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 remained a major attraction on Monday, with a vibrant mix of skill demonstrations, cultural performances and live learning activities marking the fourth day of the expo.
The day began on a patriotic note with an impressive performance by personnel of PAC 32 Battalion. The band’s energetic presentation created an atmosphere of pride across the Expo Mart and inspired young visitors to participate in the activities at the ‘Skill Manch’.
The enthusiasm of the youth was evident as they came forward to showcase their talents through a series of performances. UPSSF officials also joined the participants on stage and demonstrated their own skills, adding to the spirit of the event.
The pavilion’s 16 live skill stalls remained active throughout the day, offering visitors an opportunity to observe and experience various skills. Children and adults participated enthusiastically in the hands-on activities.
As evening approached, the pavilion took on a musical ambience with a performance by Ustad Aleem Khan and his group from the Delhi gharana. Ustad Aleem Khan and his son Areem Khan mesmerised the audience with melodious violin performances, while Sameer Khan’s tabla accompaniment added depth to the presentation.
The day reflected UPSDM’s efforts to provide a platform where skills, creativity and cultural expression could come together.
